Russia's Luna-25 space craft has crashed into the moon after it spun into an uncontrolled orbit, Russia's space agency Roskosmos said on Sunday. Luna-25 was Russia's first moon mission in 47 years. The development comes a day after Roskosmos reported a problem in shunting Luna-25 into a pre-landing orbit. "The apparatus moved into an unpredictable orbit and ceased to exist as a result of a collision with the surface of the Moon," Roskosmos said in a statement.
